Nice App
Great app and my daughter is learning quickly how to type while enjoying herself.
Just got this. I love using the DVORAK keyboard layout. Just for fun I looked at the Kid’s Lessons and discovered that I “can” use the DVORAK layout. This is really a fun app. On the other hand, the software “picks up your present keyboard layout”, in my case DVORAK. But when I go into the lessons, the lessons will say “QWERTY”. Just ignore it. You’ll discover that the lessons are in fact set for DVORAK. Wish there was a score present on the main menu to see your present speed. Don’t get that info unless you select a lesson. Overall, it help does what any typing program should do… make it fun to learn or become better at typing. Much thanks to the developer… m(_ _)m
So the theme makes little sense; I kind of feel like I should be high or something, but It’s oddly entertaining. The faster you type, the faster you’ll change forms, which is somehow satisfying. The picture looked like a kids game, but it’s really for any age. I’m 20. Just try and think of the lessons as rutaments; do them over and over again and you’ll be suprised at how fast you’ll get faster at it. It’s definantly a good price, most of the other games were 20 dollars or something like that, and the cheap ones looked super boring. This one is fun and effective. My only complaint is it lacks a game mode. Typing trainers I’ve used in the past had a lesson area and then some general game to challenge you when you got tired of repeating the lessons. Ultimatley though, I think if you put the time into this app. you’ll get fast at typing.
Animal typing up sides
Works great with my new logitech keyboard and I got this app through the Animal Typing LITE game although there are fun games on iPad and you can have fun with ChatGPT on iPhone, I think Animal Typing on Apple Mac is amazing! It teaches you to type faster! And, on my iPad, I play a game called Find The Cat except this app is educational! But yes, sometimes I do play with bloxels which is educational and fun! It teaches you to make a video games except, I recommend Animal Typing for those who are struggling with typing on their qwerty keyboard, digital and handheld, I would write the man Animal Typing for those who cannot type properly on their keyboard

it looks like it is verrrrrrryyyyyyyy old you can see i use my mom's picture also it is oddvise it is for pree school becuse the clouds are very silmiler shapessssssssssss and its just bad buttt that is ok i made it for stars for the person who made this game whoud have money to make it better i am not sayingggg it is bad but pls right now i see a detailed grass but the other grass just looks like a phile of scwigily lines so plssssss make it better now ty bye kisses

I use it before starting my work and is has helpoed me. The little animations can be distractive though.

Animal Typing
Really helps my sister practice typing, and really fun! But, the animals can sometimes be a little stressing, and she just gives up when the other animal wins. But, she also loves animal typing! Thanks for it even being a thing!

I'm an adult and have found this app very usefull to learn typing. I'm giving it four stars because it gives me an error every time I open it, clicking reopen fixes it every time.

I discoverd this amazing app and now my kids are typing like pros!! ( i think the're becoming better than me!) THey love looking at the're scores and trying to get better and better!
poor quality all around
This is the first time I've ever written an app review - that's just how BAD this app it. Both design and content are laughable. And for 20$? The most frustrating feature is the sheer speed at which children are supposed to memorize each finger. I.e. First lesson (very first lesson) introduces to four letters simultaneously, quickly followed by another four. Look at any established typing book for adults (!), and you'll find that there is always only one letter introduced at a time. And that one letter is practiced patiently. I have four children of various levels of patience and resilience. Not one of them did not want to throw the laptop out the window after practicing with this app.

the noise when you get it wrong was very discouraging and the fact that the skull and cross bones were for when you got it terribly wrong was doscouraging as well

This is so fun! it is improving my typing skills.
Freezes and Crashes constantly
If you've got a slow typer that holds down the keys for a few seconds occassionally when they are thinking hard, It freezes up for a good 10 seconds-more if they keep trying to type. And, other times with other kids it just freezes up completely until I give in and force quit. Our mac is not that old or that slow that a typing app shouldn't work with it; I can render things in adobe without problems. This thing has issues, and for 20$ I expected a program to handle someone pushing "s" for 3 seconds. I wanted something to keep kids busy while working with siblings, this is NOT it. ALso, the finger map disapears part way through the lesson, even durring the very first, which I think is unrealistic for kids. they eventually just learn to look down. I do like that you can have 8 users though

So am like 9 and me and my grandma went looking for a typing game for me and found this! We got it and I was preety bad..but when I went a go after my grandma kept failing I got 3 stars and the check msrk!!! I feel soooo so so lucky right now!

I'm 11 years old and my grandma told me to get this app and I was complaining. But when I first started I got EXTRA frustrated but i kept on trying and i did it. Im supposed to go on this app 30 mins. a day but sometimes i do more bc this app is oo fun. It really helped me to learn how to type. Im still practicing I'm not a professional but hope to be soon. I really do recommend this app ita AMAZING!
Excellent App
So thankful for the Lite version to try this out; the full version is well worth the money! My boys, 7 and 9, loved it! We started during the summer as one of their requirements (10 min/day) before gaming/play devices. They both were eager to learn and play on this app every day. I appreciate all the details from the hands on the keyboard to “try again” option when you make a mistake rather than making them feel unsuccessful and just buzzing to indicate a wrong key pressed. It charts your progress, individually (multiple users). Highly recommend this fun leanring app.
AWESOME FOR LEARNING TO TYPE
I ended up purchasing all of the leasons because my daughter thinks it is a fun game- but shes actually learning to type the correct way. I can see her typing skills improving everytime she uses this app! It has many nice features you can turn on and off. Also have multiple “users” so each person can pick up where they left off in their lesson! Awesome work!
